Our theme was the social relevance between patient with Hansen's disease and Leprosarium in Japan. Though the Jaoanese Prevention Law for Leprosy in 1907 and uts revision 1931 was regarded as a symbol of infringment of patients himan rigfts, this law was able to manage the patient's welfare. We analyze this point at issue from viewpoint of the relationship between this Law and "The detailed regulation for the enforcement of it", and study comparatively on the Leprocy-problem in Mainland and Okinawa Island.
