We conducted a user questionnaire and a complementary hearing survey towards users as well as the work labor support staff regarding the changes with aided people as well as their relationships with the people in charge through the use of the labor support program, which is the core program of the livelihood protection self-reliance support program. Regarding changes through the use of the program, there were significances with age and “volition to become independent” as well as “volition to become employed”, the number of people per household and “volition to become independent”, and the period of use of the program and “the acquisition of the ability to appeal”. Also regarding the relationships with the people in charge, there were significances with the number of people per household and “it encourages you” as well as “they think together with you about the future”, and age and “they think together with you about the future”. From these points it can be considered that the establishment of an individual support program according to the age as well as family structure of the people using the program as well as the construction of a structural/ individual support system that can review the details of support in accordance with the passage of time of the use of the service is necessary.
