This study reviewed psychological aspects of people experienced fertility treatment in Japan. Literature on the motivation for fertility treatment, the burden of fertility treatment, and the comparison between pregnancy person of the fertility treatment posterior and natural pregnancy persons were collected. Previous research revealed that the motivation for treatment related the persistence of family name, child-nurturing appetite, and autologous identification of competence that can do pregnancy. And I thought that the desire to expect a child was the instinct of self. Additionally, from research about the anxiety on the pregnancy progress and the feelings to a child compared pregnancy person of the fertility treatment posterior with natural pregnancy persons, it was guessed the anxiety of pregnancy was caused by individual factors rather than the pregnancy form.
